THE PENSION RECLAIM SERVICE CONSISTS OF THREE PARTS:
THE REGISTRATION SERVICE
This service allows your employee to register your basic personal details such as name, date of birth and address. In addition, the Pension Reclaim Service allows him or her to register details of current residence in the country of residence/work and a history of residence in other countries. In addition, data about the employer and any employer’s pension can be registered.
THE INSIGHT SERVICE
For an expat it is of great importance to have a continuous insight into his or hers accrued pensions. With this service, the expat can make changes about the private and work situation and various documents can be uploaded. After this the personal file is updated. Once every five years the expat receives an update from us which provides insight in all accrued pensions. The overview is continuously available to the expat.
THE RECLAIM SERVICE
With this component, we start the process of claiming the accrued pensions of the expat in question from the various authorities and ensure that they are paid out to him or her. This also includes a tax service, which is necessary to prevent the pension payment from being taxed twice.
